All orders must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched. Please allow 48–72 hours for this approval process. If we require additional information, we will contact you by email, which may extend the dispatch time of your order.
We cannot provide refunds for missed deliveries We do not accept liability for parcels that have been left in an alternative location at your request via DPD or Royal Mail , or for parcels that go missing after DPD or Royal Mail confirms delivery. In these cases, you will need to place a new order at your own cost.
Once your order has been approved, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours.
You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been handed to Royal Mail /DPD. Delivery is via next-day service.
Orders dispatched on a Friday are stored under refrigeration and collected by DPD or Royal Mail on Sunday for Monday delivery.
